I just picked up some of this from my local dispensary in Sedona, I have post-traumatic degenerative osteoarthritis in my elbow and am awaiting surgery. I have 24/7 pain in this elbow at times unbearable. I’ve used the product twice now and both times it has provided almost immediate relief. Not complete 100% relief but a substantial difference. I highly recommend this product.
